These terms cover booking a one to one session with Hashem Shmaisani, trading as JobSkillator, based in the United Arab Emirates.
What you are booking
A live online session for the length shown when you book, run by Hashem Shmaisani personally, over Google Meet. The meeting link arrives in a calendar invitation to the email address you give.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in dirhams, which is the currency you are charged. Any dollar figure is a guide, converted at the fixed rate of 3.6725 set by the UAE Central Bank.
- Payment is taken before the booking is confirmed, through Ziina. A session is only reserved once the payment has gone through.
- The introduction call is free and needs no payment.
Booking rules
- Bookings need at least 48 hours notice.
- You can book up to 30 days ahead.
- The free introduction call is one per person, and cannot be on the same day as a paid session.
- While you are completing a booking the time is held for you for a short period. If you do not finish, the time is released for others.
Changing or cancelling
- You can cancel or move a session up to 48 hours before it starts, and a paid session will be refunded in full.
- Inside 48 hours, the time has been set aside and is not refunded. Get in touch anyway, because sense usually wins over rules.
- If I have to cancel, you get a full refund or another time, whichever you prefer.
- If you do not appear within 15 minutes of the start, the session counts as delivered.
What you can expect from me
I will be there, on time, prepared for what you said you wanted to cover. Sessions are advice and training based on experience. They are not legal, financial or regulatory advice, and decisions you make afterwards remain yours.
Confidentiality
What you discuss in a session stays between us. I will not name you as a client publicly without asking you first.
